What is Whole Ownership?
When you purchase a Hedemora Hills vacation home, you are the home’s sole owner, and you have complete control over the time you spend at your home-away-from-home. Many of our residents choose to defray their costs by making their vacation home available for rental during the weeks they don’t plan to use it. These rentals are managed by the Little Sweden Condominium Association, and full housekeeping services are available. |
